What is More Bookings?
More Bookings is William DeVito's hospitality-technology practice. He sets up direct-booking websites, AI guest messaging, dynamic pricing, itinerary generation, and turnover automation for short-term rentals, hotels, resorts, and hostels — then teaches owners to run it all themselves, for a flat fee instead of a percentage of revenue.
Are you a property manager or a co-host?
No — and that's the whole point. A manager takes 15–35% of your revenue forever and keeps the know-how when they leave. William sets up the technology, teaches you and your team to run it, and the systems stay yours — you keep the revenue, the guest relationships, and the control.
What does it cost?
A one-time setup plus a flat retainer — never a percentage of your revenue. The exact number depends on which leaks we're fixing and how many properties you have, which is why we start with a free call and a diagnostic of one property. You'll see the estimated upside before you spend anything.
I'm not technical at all. Will I actually be able to run this?
Yes — that's exactly who this is built for. Every system comes with plain-English training for you and your team, and every account is created under your email, so you're never locked out of your own business. Teaching owners is the job; the technology is just the material.
I only have one property. Is this worth it for me?
One property is where we always start anyway — the diagnostic reviews a single property end to end. Most of the leaks (slow replies, flat pricing, tired photos, no repeat guests) cost single-property owners proportionally the most, because every lost booking matters more.
Do you only work with clients in Florida?
William is based in Naples, Florida, but the work is remote and worldwide — the systems he built run for properties and tourism organizations across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Calls happen on video, and everything is set up online.
